He stares at me everyday I walk by,
Just begging for a piece of food.
Each day, I pass by, and never realize.
I never realize how much that puppy needs me.
I never realize the puppy is a symbol;
A symbol of all the poverty-stricken, hungry people and animals.
The other day I finally realized something.
I realized how much that puppy needed me.
So, I went into the store and bought a bowl and food.
Then I walked towards the puppy and brought it into my house.
At that moment I also realized something else:
One small, random act of kindess can help so much.
